is it *FINALLY* going to happen or not?

well.. fredrick told me that he'd take me to get it notarized tomorrow. i'm not sure he'll be on time to get me to the post office before they close though. just have to hope he will be because i'm sure the ics worker who had planned on taking me, expects me to kiss her ass to take me (well that's the impression i got anyway after she said she wasn't gonna take me if i kept talking to her like i was- like she doesn't UNDERSTAND my frustration and/or i'm not allowed to be frustrated after all the damn delays to get it notarized and it's STILL NOT notarized). i thought these ics workers were SUPPOSED to be mental health professionals too (that's the impression i got when zen always introduced himself as my "mental health worker" when he'd talk to other people for me). apparently she didn't get that memo on the job description.
